We have been detailed by our client, a key player in the FMCG sector, and a foremost company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of a wide range of spirits and beverages whose brand are household names.
Pursuing and aggressive growth programme based on a well articulated strategic plan, the client requires the following key staff.

AGM Human Resources and Administration {Car + Driver}
Reporting to the Managing Director, the individual for this position must have excellent communication skills, ability to deliver practical solutions in a manufacturing environment, possess a track record of facilitating the best practices in people management and good decision making skills.

A critical aspect of the job is that the position holder will also oversee the management of the procurement and logistics functions as well as the coordination of other aspects of the company's administration function including liaison with relevant governmental agencies.

A good University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources 'management is considered adequate for this job with no less than 10 years work experience. In addition, the position holder should. be aged between 35-40 years, possess adequate leadership and administrative skills &. must be computer literate. Membership of CIPM is desirable.

Assistant Plant Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the job holder should:

• Hold a BSc or HND in Mechanical Engineering and COREN professional accreditation;
• Be aged between 30-40 years;

• Have at least 10 years post-qualification experience in a manufacturing factory environment.
Functionally, the job holder will be expected to assist in:

• Planning and development of preventive maintenance programme for all machines;

• Coordinating engineering activities and personnel to ensure efficient plant/line utilization;
• Prepare and review engineering change requests, assembly manuals
and planned preventive maintenance schedule; and
• Train and develop subordinates.
