Responsibilities
- Initiating new training programmes within the Centre's Mandate
- Designing and implementing training programmes
- Facilitating and co-ordinating training programmes
- Initiating and participating in research and consultancy programmes of the Centre
- Assisting with the preparation of the annual work plan
- Performing related or any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of subordinate Management Development Officers
Requirements
A good Masters degree from a recognized University in Economics, plus a minimum of 11 years cognate experience in Economic Management Training. Possession of a Ph.D degree is an added advantage.
The candidate must have evidence of published research work.
Assistant Chief Management Development Officer, CONTISS 12
Responsibilities
Same as for Chief Management Development Officer.
Requirements
A good Masters degree from a recognized University in Economics, plus a minimum of9 years cognate experience in Economic Management Training. Possession of a PhD degree is an added advantage.
Principal Management Development Officer, CONTISS 11
Responsibilities
- Initiating new training programmes
- Designing and implementing training programmes Facilitating and co-ordinating training programmes Participating in research and consultancy assignments
- Carrying out post-course evaluation and developing revised training programmes Performing related or any other duties that may be assigned
A good Masters degree from a recognized University in Economics, plus a minimum of 7 years cognate experience in Economic Management Training. Possession of a Ph.D degree is an added advantage.
REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The compensation package and conditions of service are as stipulated in the Centre's Staff Conditions of Service and as applicable in the Federal Public Service and other Training Institutions operating CONTISS system.
The Salary Structure applicable to these positions are:-

Assistant Chief Management Development Officer CONTISS12 = N1,313,831.90 - N1,843,598.90
Principal Management Development Officer CONTISS 11 = N1,136,738.00 - N1,881,024.50
