GENERAL MANAGER

Reporting to the Chairman/Executive Director, MDJCEO, our ideal candidate will have:
• A good first degree in Accounting or Business related courses,
• A professional qualification of ACA is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and accounting software.
• Candidate must be result oriented, target driven with excellent inter personal skills and ability to oversee all aspects of the company.
• Must be at least 35 years in age.
In addition the ideal candidate will:
• Develop sales plan and manage business development effort to meet sales and profit goals,
• Drive and motivate Outlet managers to meet sales targets,
• Highly motivated and disciplined. Excellent communication skills.
• High level of integrity,
• Perform in a demanding environment with good drive and customer focus where failure is no option.


FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Reporting to the General Manager, our ideal candidate will have:
• A good first degree in the numerate courses,
• A minimum Post graduate qualification of MBA (ACA is preferable),
• A minimum of 7 years cognate experience, 3 of Which must be in management position.
• Proven proficiency in the use of ICT and accounting software.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern accounting theories and practices as well as general accounting principles.
• Must be initiative, Resourceful and with good organizational skills.
• High level of integrity,
• Must be at least 30 years,


REMUNERATION
Negotiable depending on experience and qualification.
