Hub/Field Support Engineer

Job description:

• Ensure 24 x 7 operations of the hub
• Back up of network operation data
• Fault resolution or preventive maintenance on VSAT and Radio networks
• Network monitoring
• Remote troubleshooting of networks
• Ensure all network backups are up and running
• Ensure standard electrical environment for hub operations VSAT installation and commissioning Network integration
• Generation of technical reports

Minimum Educational Qualification:

B. Sc./HND Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering; Cisco certifications preferably to CCNFP level at least; ITlL Foundation certification will be an added advantage

Experience:

3 years post NYSC

Technical Skills Required:

• Demonstrable competence in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel MS Project etc
• Basic presentation skill
• Effective use of laptop or PC
• Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer and interpersonal relationship skills

Sales Executives

Job description:

• Opening and maintaining new accounts in allocated sector
• Collections, follow-up and invoicing on accounts
• Sending weekly reports to the Business development manager
• Organizing and liaising with the technical people
• Gathering and coordinating content for proposals and presentations
• Ensuring that all Issues on your accounts are properly and promptly handled, like ordering of equipments etc. Manage client’s relationships

Minimum Educational Qualification

B.Sc, or Equivalent, HND in Engineering or Computer science and with a flair for sales Any related sales certification will be an added advantage

Experience:

Two years (post NYSC) experience in prospecting and selling IT solutions in a structured IT firm

Technical Skills Required

• Basic presentation skills
• Effective use of PC or Laptop
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer and interpersonal relationship skills
• Fair understanding of VSAT, RADIO and LAN technologies
• Must possess persuasive and negotiating skills

Network Engineer (Security Specialist)

Job Description:

• Network Design, Solution Development and Cisco product clarification
• Pre-sales and post sales network solution development
• Network security (design and implementation)
• Research and development of new products
• Second-level Technical Support on Network Integration issues
• Proposal and Technical Presentation

Minimum Educational Qualification:

First degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, etc Cisco Certifications CCNA, CCNP, CSSP, CISSP. CCIE will be an extra advantage

Experience:

Minimum 4-5 years Post NYSC hands-on Network Integration experience
Product knowledge of Cisco products like Routers, Switches, Firewalls, ASA, NAC
